Brown Bags
Throughout the academic year the Customer Service and Instructional Technology Department within OIT offers Brown Bag training and seminar sessions for faculty, staff, and students. The topics range from how to get connected, Blackboard, Microsoft Office products and beyond. These sessions are designed to be short and informal so users can ask questions and receive answers from OIT expert staff.
Trainings and Workshops
The Customer Service and Instructional Technology Department also offers more structured trainings and workshops on both a scheduled and a requested basis. Campus users can sign up for scheduled events or departments can request group trainings/workshops for specific needs.
