International Good Neighbor Council Scholarship
- Scholarships are available for Fall & Spring.
- Must be Resident of Val Verde County or Kinney county.
- Beginning students must be fully admitted to SRSU Rio Grande College, have an overall GPA of at least 3.0, and enrolled at least half-time during the period of award.
- Continuing students must be in good academic and disciplinary standing at the university, have an overall GPA of at least 3.0, and enrolled at least half-time during the period of award.

Jefferson Barr Memorial Scholarship
- Scholarships are available for Fall and Spring.
- Must be a currently enrolled SRSU-Rio Grande College Criminal Justice major.
- Must be aTexas resident making normal progress toward a Criminal Justice degree, have an overall GPA of at least 2.5, and enrolled at least half-time during the period of award.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Deadline: March 01, 2013
Praxedis Mata Torres Teacher Education
- Must be uncoditionally admitted to SRSU-Rio Grande College
- Must be admitted to the SRSU-Rio Grande College Teacher Education Program.
- Preference will be given to graduates of high schools located within the SRSU-Rio Grande College service area.
- Deadline: March 01, 2013
Sandra Stanley Coleman Scholarship
- Scholarships are available for Fall & Spring
- Must be a full time (12 hours) undergraduate student at SRSU-RGC during the period of award
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Submit a written essay (200-400 words) discussing the student's future goals and any participation in community service work
- Submit a letter of recommendation from one faculty member
- Consideration will be given to students associated with the student association
- Deadline: March 01, 2013
Student Service Fee Scholarship Fund-Graduate
- Scholarships are available for Fall and Spring
- Must be fully admitted.
- Must be enrolled in at least 6 semester credit hours.
- Must maintain at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA after a minimum of 6 credit hours and be in good disciplinary standing.
- Preference will be given to students who have documented financial need but who have not met their full financial aid eligibilty with federal and/or state need based grants.
- Deadline: March 01, 2013.
Student Service Fee Scholarship Fund-Undergraduate
- Scholarships are available for Fall and Spring
- Must be fully admitted
- Must be enrolled in at least 9 semester credit hours
- Must maintain at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA and be in good didsciplinary standing
- Preference will be given to students who have documented financial need but who have not met their full financial aid eligibilty with federal and/or state need based grants.
- Deadline: March 01, 2013.
Valeriano (Bowie) Ibarra Memorial Scholarship
- Scholarships are available for Fall and Spring
- Begining students must be unconditionally admitted to Sul Ross State University Rio Grande College.
- Continuing students must be in good acadmic and disciplinary standing at Sul Ross State University Rio Grande College.
- Must be a graduate of Uvalde High School enrolling at Sul Ross State University Rio Grande College. If no qualified applicant is available from Uvalde CISD, applicants meeting the criteria from the following counties will be considered: Atascosa, Dimmitt, Frio, Maverick, Medina, Uvalde, Val Verde and Zavala.
- Must be admitted (or eligible for admission) to the Sul Ross State University Rio Grande College Teacher Education Program.
- Must have a least a 2.75 GPA.
- Deadline: March 01, 2013.
