How do I receive help form Lobo Technology Assistance Center?

What information do I need to provide when submitting a service request?

A name, phone number, campus location, A number, and an email.

May I have Administrator Rights to my computer?

You may request administrator rights to your computer by completing the Local Administrator Form.

How do I sync my email on my cell phone?

How do I login?

When you have been accepted by Sul Ross will receive a letter with an A-Number. Use your A-Number to login to LoboPass and LoboOnLine(Banner Self-Service). Your PIN is youe date of birth (mmddyy).

LoboPass has your LoboID information. When you login to LoboPass you will click change password and create a password that will be used along with your LoboID. That is the information that you need to login to the housing application, scholarship application, email, computers on campus and blackboard.

How do I lock my screen when leaving my desk?

Hold down the windows key and the L key at the same time.  This will lock your screen, and upon your return you will need to login back in.
