Biology Scholarships

Many scholarships are available to biology and environmental science majors:

Biology Department Scholarship
For undergraduate and graduate biology magjors in good academic standing.

Dow-Roberta Puckett Scholarship
For sophomore, junior and senior biology majors with a grade point average of at least 3.5.

Biology Excellence Fund  Scholarship
For undergraduate biology majors in good academic standing.

Madden and Gladys Read Memorial Scholarship
For biology graduate students with a grade point average of at least 3.0

Barton Warnock Scholarship
For undergraduate and graduate biology students.

Environmental Science Development Scholarship
For undergraduate enviormental science majors with a grade point average of at least 3.5.

Bill and Elizabeth Winter Geology Scholarship
For undergraduate and graduate environmental science/geology majors with a grade point average of at least 3.0

More requirements exist for thes scholarships. Inquiries should be made through biology and financial aid. The Biology Department also may have student jobs available.
