Application for Candidacy for the Master's Degree
This form must be completed after the following requirements are met. 1. Completed twelve-graduate semester credit hours at Sul Ross State University. 2. Maintained a grade point average of 3.0 in the major and minor independently. 3. Have a degree plan that has been approved by the advisor, department chair and the dean of Professional Studies. 4. Be fully admitted to the Master's Degree Program.

Master's Degree Comprehensive Examination Application
This form must be completed after the following requirements are met. 1. Admitted to candidacy one semester prior to the examination. 2. Completed and filed an Application for Graduation. 3. At the time of the comprehensive examination enrolled in the last semester of course work.

Graduation Application Master's DegreeFor this application to be considered you must complete all items and pay your fees(s)in the cashier's office, located in the Briscoe Administration Building, Room 205. Return application and your receipt to the Dean, School of Professional Studies, Box C-91, SRSU, Alpine, TX 79832, or to Morelock Administration Building, Room 203.

Graduation Application Bachelor's DegreeFor this application to be considered you must complete all items and pay your fees(s)in the cashiers office, located in the Briscoe Administration Building, Room 205. Return application and your receipt to the Dean, School of Professional Studies, Box C-91, SRSU, Alpine, TX 79832, or to Morelock Administration Building, Room 203.
