Meat Technology

The Department of Animal Science offers a two-year Associate of Applied Science Degree in Meat Technology which prepares students for employment in the meat industry. The AAS in Meat Technology courses may be earned prior to or concurrently with the Bachelor of Science degree in Meat Science. This program is a College Tech Prep articulated program.


The following is a suggested sequence of courses for students seeking the AAS degree in Meat Technology:
