Meat Technology
The Department of Animal Science offers a two-year Associate of Applied Science Degree programs in Meat Technology which prepares students for employment in the meat industry. Although a complete program, it carries full university credit and may be used toward a four-year degree program by students who choose to complete the Bachelor of Science degree. The following is a suggested sequence of courses for students seeking the Associate of Applied Science degree with a major in Meat Technology.
