Q. How do I get a file of addresses for students eligible to participate in an honorary fraternity?

A. E-mail a request to reports@sulross.edu. Each person on the programming staff will receive your e-mail and resources will be assigned as they become available. Be sure to let us know exactly what you need and how to contact you.

Q. What if I forget my password?

A. Staff or faculty who have forgotten their password should call the 24X7 Help Desk at extension 8765 (on-campus) or toll-free at 1-888-691-5071 (off-campus).

Q. How do I get out of Focus?

A. When the Focus prompt appears (looks like '>>'), type FIN - that's short for FINISH!
