Things to Bring with You

Residence Halls Apartments & Family Housing

  • Sheets (x-long twin size), bedspread, mattress pad
  • Pillow, alarm clock, area rugs
  • Computer and Ethernet cable
  • Posters and pictures
  • Poster Puddy or Painters Tape for pictures (no nails permitted)
  • AT&T compatible telephone and cord & calling cards
  • Television and coaxial cable
  • Personal items
  • Broom, mop and vacuum cleaner
  • Non-abrasive cleaning supplies
  • Personal items
  • Posters and pictures
  • Poster Puddy or Painters Tape for pictures (no nails permitted)
  • Cooking appliances/utensils
  • Computer and Ethernet cable
  • Television and coaxial cable
  • Broom, mop and vacuum cleaner
  • Lines for queen beds & x-long twin beds in family Housing.
  • X-long twin sheets for efficiency apartments.
  • Non-abrasive cleaning supplies

You may want to coordinate with your suite mate about which items they are bringing for the bathroom and living room areas. Assignment letters usually include your assigned roommate and a means to contact them in order for you to communicate before you come to Sul Ross.

  • Weapons or any thing resembling a weapon (toy guns)
