To help in your planning, the links below will provide some examples of customized set-up diagrams prepared for previous events held in the University Center.

Please remember these are only samples. If you see something you like in one room, it can probably be used in another. There are some limitations based on room sizes and installed equipment, but every effort will be made to give you the set up you prefer.
