2008 SRSU Summer Camps

Due to the recent hiring of all new staff in the Recreational Programs area and short planning time available, recreational summer camps for kids will not be offered this summer through that department. Please check below for other camps offered.

We enjoy having folks on campus, and encourage our faculty and staff to conduct camps which bring prospective students to the campus.

Numerous camps will be held during the summer of 2008 on the campus of Sul Ross State University. Information will posted as it is received from the camp directors, so be sure to check back often for updates and links to individual camp websites.

A two-page pdf file containing general information about staying in the Lobo Village Residence Hall during a summer camp can be obtained here: Residence Hall Information. Please be sure you have Adobe Reader on your computer in order to view or print this document.

Parents can access forms specific to individual camps on this page. Check the Web site portion of the table below for forms related to the camps listed. As camps are approved, additional forms will be developed and uploaded.

Parents! Please note: Heelys -- or any type of wheeled shoes -- are not permitted in Sul Ross buildings due to the marks they leave on the floors and the additional cleaning required. Skates and skateboards are also not permitted on the campus grounds.

DO NOT MAKE REGISTRATION CHECKS PAYABLE
TO THE UNIVERSITY CENTER.

Check the instructions on the registration form for the camp your student will attend to see how your check should be made out and where the forms should be sent or faxed.
