Summer Camp Application

Use the form and checklist below to submit an application for summer camp. Based on the application, a facilities agreement with the details about the camp -- facilities, times, arrangements and special requests -- will be prepared.

Only after the contract has been completed can the summer camp be advertised.

Evaluation

Following the camp session(s) an evaluation will be sent to gather information on campus facilities and services used, how well the process worked and how things may be improved for next year.
