Summer Camp Approval

Congratulations! I'm pleased you're interested in conducting a summer camp at Sul Ross State University. These forms have been developed to help make the process a little easier. Please review the items carefully. If you have questions about them, please contact me.

Based on your Application, a facilities agreement with the details regarding your camp - facilities, times, special requests, etc. - will be prepared. Only after this contract has been completed can you begin advertising your camp.

The charge for an individual camp is 10% of the gross income or 10% of the regular facility charge, whichever is greater. This may change depending on the type and length of the camp, number of facilities used, HVAC requirements, etc.

Following your approved camp, an evaluation will be sent to gather information on campus facilities and services you used, how this process worked for you, and how things can be improved for next year.
