SRSU Activities Calendar

Requests for a facility or room can be made through the activites calendar. Use the Submit An Event link below. Your event will not appear until the reservation process has been completed.

Once a request has been submitted through the calendar, you will be contacted as soon as possible about the availability of the room. Final approval will not be given until the Reservation Request Form has been completed and returned to the Campus Activities Office. There should be no advertising of the activity until you receive your copy of the reservation form, with the appropriate signatures.
