Residential Living Facilities and ServicesResidence Halls
All students under 21 who have not lived on-campus for four (4) fall or spring semesters are required to live in the residence halls. Exceptions may be granted, but must be processed through the Residential Living office. Lobo Village 1

Fletcher Hall Fletcher Hall is occupied when all bed space is reserved in LV1 and LV2. This is considered overflow and is intended to be temporary housing. As space becomes available, students will be required to move over to LV1 or LV2 at the direction of Residential Living. Apartments (Single Students)
Requirements Students must be 21 or older to live in the efficiencies. Applications will be accepted for the waiting list the semester before turning 21. Residents must be enrolled full-time each semester. Family HousingLobo Village Family Housing
Requirements Couples must provide documentation of their marriage. Single parents must have children on a full-time basis and provide documentation of such custody. At least one resident per household must be enrolled full-time each semester. LaundryLaundry facilities are located on campus for our students. A laundry room is located in each residence hall, and efficiency apartment building. All Lobo Village residents are eligible to use these facilities. Currently, the machines are coin-free. Food ServicesAramark provides a variety of meal plan options for Sul Ross students. Meals are served in the Morgan University Center. The regular menu features a variety of tasty, nutritious foods. The food court includes a grill, a salad and pasta bar, and quick snacks. Aramark also provides an on-campus convenience store located in the Lobo Village Community Building. The C-Store is open from 6 p.m.-midnight Sunday through Thursday night. Guest HousingGuest housing in the residence halls is offered on a space-available basis for commuting or graduate students who need housing a few nights out of the week. Guests must provide their own towels, sheets, soap, personal items, etc. The cost per person per night is $30 for a room. Guests need to call (432) 837-8190 a week in advance to make reservations. |
