Fall 2008 & Spring 2009 Rates

All housing applications must be accompanied with roommate questionnaire and a $200 housing deposit. Residents must be enrolled full-time to live in all university housing. Housing is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis using the date of the deposit receipt and request.

Lobo Village Residence Halls are equipped with basic living room and bedroom furniture, microwave, 4 cubic feet refrigerator, cable TV, local telephone and Internet service at no additional cost to each room. 

 
Apartments & Family Housing Units Monthly Rates *Semester Rates 
Efficiency Apartments (single students) $445 $2225 (5 mos)
Family Housing Unit ( 2 Bedroom) $480 $2400 (5 mos)

All Apartments & Family housing rates include utilities and cable TV, but not telephone. All units are equipped with stove and refrigerator.  All new units are furnished and have central air/heating.  Efficiency Apartments & Family Housing rent will be charged all up front on student's account at the beginning of each semester. 

*Semester rate for apartments & family housing are based on 5 full months each semester; adjustments will be made after you have moved-in or moved-out.

All students living in the Residence Halls must enroll in a meal plan.

Lobo Bucks work like a bank debit card.  Make a purchase at any dining location by swiping your student I.D. and the total is subtracted from the balance in your account. 

Guest Housing for Commuting Students Cost Per Person Per Night

$30 per night per person

Guest housing is offered on a space available basis. Guests provide their own towels, sheets, soap, personal items, etc.  Adult conference groups of 10 or more may request an optional linen service for an additional $10/night per participant.  Reservations for guest housing and questions can be made by calling (432) 837-8190.
