Payments at the Cashier's Office

The cashier's office, located in the Briscoe Administration Building across from the registrar's office, handles payment of tuition and fees and other services provided by Sul Ross State University.

Cash, checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Q. How do returning students register for the spring 2006 semester?

A. The Registration Procedures PDF file explains the steps for registration.

Q. How do I get my financial aid refund?

A. For spring 2006, the options are below. Please see this PDF for a detailed description on how to sign up for these options:

  1. Direct Deposit. Refunds will be direct deposited beginning Jan. 13.
  2. Mail. Refunds will be mailed beginning Jan. 13.
  3. Pick up the refund in person Jan. 19-20 in the President's Conference room on the second floor of BAB.
  4. Pick up the refund in the Cashier's office after Jan. 20.

Q. How can I pay my bill?

A. Payments may be made:

  1. With a credit card in Banner Self-Service
  2. By mailing the payment to Box C-500, Alpine, Texas 79832
  3. By making a payment in the cashier's office
