Todd Greenfield is the Manager of ERP Technical Services for SunGard Higher Education Managed Services. Todd has more than eight years of experience working in Higher Education and 15 years in the technology field. He currently manages the SHEMS corporate team of programmer/analysts and database administrators.

His certifications include Oracle Certified Professional in Database Administration and the Sun Solaris Certified System Administrator credentials. In his spare time, Todd enjoys playing ice hockey, which he has been playing since he was 4 years old.

Aftab Khan is a Database Administrator for the Technical Services Division of SunGard Higher Education. He has almost 10 years of experience in information technology and six years of experience working in higher education as an Oracle DBA for Banner application and other commercial applications.

He has a master's degree in computers and information systems from the University of Detroit Mercy. He likes to learn new things related to his field and always up for it. During his free time he enjoys playing cricket, going out with his family on long drives and reading good historical books.

Richard M. Quattrocchi is a System Consultant for Sungard Higher Education. He holds an MBA in finance, has more than five years of management experience in Higher Education and is an experienced consultant in Banner Finance with areas of expertise in Research Accounting, Grants Billing and Chart of Accounts. Richard has successfully implemented Banner Finance for several institutions of Higher Education. On a personal note, he enjoys reading, relaxing by his pool and caring for his 80-pound black Labrador, Ginger.

David Blake is an experienced Senior Programmer/Analyst for SunGard Higher Education Managed Services. David has more than 15 years of experience in higher education and computer systems and operations. 

He holds a bachelor's degree in computer information systems from Florida Atlantic University as well as an associate degree in computer information systems from the University of Kentucky.  When he is not working on computers at work, he is working on computers at home.  When all of the work is done, David lives the annual frustration of being a Chicago Cubs fan.

Satish Reddy is a Senior Programmer/Analyst for SunGard Higher Education Managed Services. Satish has more than seven years of experience in higher education and Banner ERP system. He holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from University of Alabama. His personal interests are playing cricket, reading and cooking Indian food whenever possible.

Gary H. Chasen is a System Consultant for Sungard Higher Education with over 18 years experience in Information Systems, and extensive experience in Human Resource Administration, including his responsibilities as Director of Human Resources at Vassar College, and Employee Relations Manager at General Hose Products. He is a graduate from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Administration.
