Spring Schedule
Daily Indoor Cycling
Bikes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Cycling is from 6:15-7:15 a.m. and 12:05-1:00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 5:00pm-6:00 p.m on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
Karate Self-Defense
Karate self-defense classes are offered from 6:00pm-9:00 pm, Mondays.
Yoga
Yoga classes are offered Tuesdays at 11:00 a.m.-12:15 p.m for beginners and 12:30-1:45 p.m for the advanced.
*All Classes are Free for students and Graves Pierce Members. If you are not a member please stop by the cashier's office for a semester or annual membership*
SRSU Employee Wellness Program
All Sul Ross employees are invited to join the Wellness Program. Participants may track hours spent exercising and earn points toward prizes. A wellness notebook is located at the Front Desk, or e-mail updates to Belle Pena mpena@sulross.edu. Employees may also join the statewide program at www.texasroundup.org (employer Sul Ross and team name Lobo Wellness).
