South Texas Alumni & Friends Chapter

Joining the South TX Alumni & Friends

Membership in the South Texas Alumni & Friends Chapter is $10. For membership all must join the Sul Ross Alumni Association – please add SRSUAA membership and we will forward those funds to the SRAA. Please mail your dues payable to "South TX Alumni & Friends to: Baldemar Garza, Treasurer, 200 East Second Street, Rio Grande, Texas 78582.

Member – A person with interest in the Sul Ross State University who is a member in good standing with the Sul Ross Alumni Association. See membership and dues for Sul Ross Alumni Association.

Scholarships

South Texas Alumni & Friends is all about helping students from South Texas getting the highest education in Texas. New Freshman and Returning Student Scholarships are available to South Texas students that reside in counties from Laredo across to Corpus Christi and below.

South Texas Freshman Scholarships

South Texas Alumni & Friends of Sul Ross State University provide scholarships that are awarded to outstanding students in South Texas. Scholarships are given to entering freshmen or transfer students who meet the admission requirements of Sul Ross State University.

South Texas Returning Student Schoarships

South Texas Alumni & Friends of Sul Ross State University provide scholarships that are awarded to outstanding students in South Texas. Scholarships are given are awarded to returning full time students attending SRSU. Applicants must have completed at least 30 semester hours with a GPA of 2.5 or better.
