Facilities Use and Reservations

The Campus Activities Office coordinates the use of all university classrooms, Kokernot Lodge, the parking lots and most other SRSU facilities. Individuals and organizations on or off campus may request to use these facilities.

The Facilities Use Policy (PDF) contains usage guidelines as well as details such as accessible parking.

Requesting Use of Facilities

Priority will be given to regularly-scheduled classes. To check the availability of a facility or find out what facilities may be available, call (432) 837-8191. To request the use of facilities, the forms below may be printed, completed and submitted to the Campus Activities office.
