Applications & Forms

All applications and forms can also be found in the Residential Living Office located at the Lobo Village Community Building. The office accepts completed forms by online submission or in person. If you desire a traditional form which will need to be mailed or faxed in to the office, please contact Residential Living and one will be provided to you.

There is a general application deadline for residence hall students entering in the fall, which is July 1. Late applications will be accepted any time after the deadline, but assignments may not reflect a student's top choice for living community. Residence hall applications submitted after July 1 may also be assigned to overflow housing and added to a waiting list for Lobo Village.

Note: Submitting an apartment (efficiency or family) application does not guarantee a student an apartment. Residential Living maintains a waiting list for both efficiency and family apartments based on the date the application and deposit are received.

Online Housing Application

Please complete the online application for all housing types: residence hall, efficiency apartment, and family apartment. You must be accepted to the University and have a valid student ID number to complete the online form.
