Requesting Research Assistance

Request Procedures

Each department head should designate a person who will be responsible for submitting requests for that department. This person will be assigned a login and password (normally their SRSU e-mail user name and password) to access the request form and records of all requests made by the department. Logins and passwords may not be shared.

A current list of departments' designated users is available online. If a department does not have a representative or the designated user needs to be changed, the department head should contact Institutional Research & Effectiveness to name a contact person and initiate the setup of an account.

Using the Request Application

Designated users may log in on the Web Applications page to use the request management application. Upon logging in, the user should go to the Submit/View Requests link under the heading IR&E Research Requests.
