Overflow Housing

As of July 1, the Lobo Village residence halls have reached capacity for the Fall.  We are now assigning students to overflow housing in Fletcher Hall.  Students will first be placed in single rooms where they share a bathroom with another student occupying the adjacent room.  When all private rooms have been filled, students will then be doubled, but only if the need arises.

Overflow housing is meant to be a temporary living situation.  Thus, as soon as space becomes available in the Lobo Village halls, students will be required to move.  Students will be placed on a waiting list for Lobo Village based on the date that the housing application was received. 

Each room is equipped with two double beds, dresser drawers, wardrobe closests, a vanity area, and a desk area.  Each room also has a ceiling fan.  

Fletcher Hall's amenities include a large lobby area located on the 1st floor with a big screen TV, pool table, and ping pong table. There is also a kitchen lobby area on the 2nd & 3rd floors.  These lobbies are located right outside the R.A.'s door.

Students are encouraged not to fully unpack their belongings while occupying overflow spaces so the move from Fletcher to Lobo Village will be less stressful. Please call the Residential Living Office for more information regarding overflow housing if you have lingering questions.
