Overflow Housing

In the event that spaces in Lobo Village Residence Halls are completely filled, students will be assigned to overflow housing in Fletcher Hall.  Students will be placed in single rooms where they share a bathroom with another student occupying the adjacent room. 

Overflow housing is meant to be a temporary living situation.  Thus, as soon as space becomes available in the Lobo Village halls, students will be required to move.  Students will be placed on a waiting list for Lobo Village based on the date that the housing application was received.  Once students have moved into their permanent residence in Lobo Village, credits will be applied to the student account for the amount of time spent living in overflow housing.

Fletcher Hall's amenities include a large lobby area located on the 1st floor with a big screen TV, pool table, and ping pong table. There are several TVs and microwaves located throughout the building in smaller lobby areas located on each floor. 

Students are encouraged not to fully unpack their belongings while occupying overflow spaces so the move from Fletcher to Lobo Village will be less stressful. Please call the Residential Living Office for information regarding overflow housing.
