Sul Ross State University provides useful resources to make class field trips possible. Whether it is a day outing or an overnight excursion, transportation options and outdoor equipment rental are available to meet your travel needs.

Physical Plant

The physical plant at SRSU provides access to vehicles in many sizes, equipped for all kinds of travel. The busiest season for vehicle demand is the fall semester, and sometimes vehicles are booked up to a year in advance. Availability is higher during the summer months.
