How to Apply

Students may qualify for Student Support Services if they have a need for academic support and meet any of the following eligibility criteria:

  • meet federal low income guidelines
  • neither parent has a baccalaureate degree
  • have a federally recognized disability

Students must fill out an application in order to participate in Student Support Services. Applications can be obtained by visiting the Student Support Service office in Ferguson Hall 105 or by calling the office at (432) 837-8118.

Additionally, students may download the application to fill out and bring.

The Student Support Services TRIO Program at Sul Ross State University is 100-percent federally funded at $220,000 annually.
