Constitution & By-Laws

The Constitution and By-Laws are in the process of being edited and could be amended if necessary. I reviewed them for both substantive and editorial problems last year and found none. The Constitution and By-Laws Committee is in the process of reviewing them and so is an outside attorney.

I am now requesting that the membership look them over and let me and the Constitution and By-Laws Committee know of anything that needs attention or clarification. Your comments are greatly appreciated.
