Summer Rates (Summer 2024 ONLY)

Summer 2024 Rates – Summer I and Summer II

All housing applications must be accompanied with a non-refundable $50 housing application fee
in order to be processed. This housing application fee is for new residents only. Summer housing is
predominantly in the residence halls, as our apartments generally have a waiting list to move in.
Residence hall occupancy requires the purchase of a meal plan per the SRSU Meal Policy.

To live in the residence hall, residents must be enrolled in the summer session that they plan to
live in the residence hall. To live in the apartments during the summer, residents must be enrolled in Session I, Session II or both. To live in the apartments during the summer without taking classes, students must have their advisor send an email to reslife@sulross.edu stating that there are no classes available that will advance their degree plan. All apartment residents must continue payment through summer to maintain their apartment even if you will not be on campus.

Apartments are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis using the date of the application fee and completed housing application.
