Sully's Showcase Saturday

This on-campus event offers current high school students, their families, and all interested future Lobos the opportunity to explore the various academic offerings and campus services that SRSU provides.
Not sure what majors SRSU offers its students? Wondering what athletic opportunities are available? Interested in visiting the residence halls? The activities covered in this Saturday event are designed to answer all of the questions you might have regarding what SRSU can provide for you and help you make the next step in becoming a Lobo.
In addition to faculty representatives from all three academic colleges, professionals from the offices of Financial Aid, Admissions, Campus Activities, Residential Living, Athletics, and Career and Testing Services will be on hand to help in answering your questions.
Sully's Showcase Saturday dates for the 2016-2017 academic year:

Showcase is offered twice per year, once in the fall semester, and once in the spring semester.
How to Attend Sully's Showcase Saturday
There are no costs to register for Sully's Showcase Saturday. However, to best accommodate the needs of all attendees, registration is required.
8:00am - 9:00am Check in @ Pete P. Gallego Center
- Followed by: Presidential Welcome
- Club Fair and Services Fair
- Academic Showcase with College Deans and Faculty
- Lunch with current students
- Campus tours
- Information sessions with Library, Financial Aid, and Admissions
- 3:00pm - 5:00pm Residential Living Tours
Way out here
Heading west on Interstate 10: take Exit 248 (about 10 miles west of Fort Stockton) to U.S. 67. Take U.S. 67 for about 47 miles; turn right onto U.S. 90 where the highways merge. The University will be on the right.
Heading east on Interstate 10 from El Paso: take Exit 140A (near Van Horn) to U.S. 90; follow U.S. 90 through Marfa to Alpine (about 101 miles). The University will be on the left.
From Highway 118: follow Highway 118 to Alpine. Take a left on U.S. 90; the University will be on the left

Visiting the Region
Alpine, TX, is located in the county seat of Brewster County, at the gateway to Big Bend country. The Big Bend country of Texas is a multifaceted region encompassing the great Chihuahuan Desert, picturesque hills and mountains reaching to more than 8,000 feet in altitude, rolling plains and a wide assortment of plants, wildlife and geological features. Each year, the region attracts more than half a million visitors from around the world. Located near Sul Ross, are the Fort Davis National Historic Site, the University of Texas McDonald Observatory, Balmorhea State Park, and a number of historic towns and sites that depict the regions diverse history.
