Success is defined as a positive impact by an SBDC on the business activity of an entrepreneur. Obvious success stories include a loan approved, a contract awarded, or other assistance that yielded an increase in sales or employment. More subtle success stories include increased efficiency or profits, compliance with regulatory requirements, or helping a would-be business owner decide for themselves that entrepreneurship is not an appropriate choice at this time.
