SRSU students who want to enroll concurrently at another institution for correspondence work may arrange to take their correspondence course tests through Career Services & Testing. A $15 administrative fee payable to Sul Ross State University is assessed for each test being taken.

Students must obtain approval of concurrent enrollment from the Dean of Admissions and Records, the appropriate academic dean and their major advisor if that credit is to apply toward a degree at SRSU. Catalogs of several colleges and universities which provide correspondence courses are available at the Admissions and Records Office or the Career Services and Testing Office.

Students must make the necessary arrangements to have testing personnel act as their proctors by contacting the correspondence study office at the school offering the course, and have the tests sent to the Career Services and Testing Office (837-8178). Students should check with us ahead of time to ensure that their test arrived and to make an appointment for taking the exam.
