Message from the Registrar:

On June 21, 2019, all Sul Ross systems were compromised by a ransomware attack. Systems are being brought back online, but email continues to be affected. An alternate email account has been created in the meantime. If you need to email the Registrar's office for any reason, use the address sulross.registrar@gmail.com. Please be sure to include your name, A number, and campus in all correspondence.  Certain other services are also unavailable. Specifically, we are unable to process requests for official transcripts for students enrolled since summer 1999. We know how important your transcript is for employment purposes and for application to schools and universities. I can assure you that we are working diligently to retore this service. In the meantime, you may still view your records in LoboOnLine and print an unofficial copy (print using your web browser's print option). See How to Order Official Transcripts Online (through step 2) for more information. You may order a transcript using these instructions, but we will not be able print until that functionality is restored. We have no estimate for when that will happen. If all enrollment history occurred prior to the summer of 1999, your transcript is recorded on paper and an official copy can be produced. The Office of the Registrar is responsible for the creation of the class schedule, registering students, maintenance of student academic records (ie. grades, change of majors, transfer work equivalency, and degree conferral), enrollment and degree verifications, and transcript requests.
