Apply to Graduate

Alpine campus only!

1. Check the graduation application deadlines on the official academic calendar.

2. Prior to the application deadline, visit with your advisor; ensure that you are on track to complete all degree requirements for the selected graduation term. If you are, continue to step 3.

3. Complete the Graduation Application.

4. Submit the application to the Registrar by e-mail at registrar@sulross.edu; by fax to (432) 837-8411; in person at Lawrence Hall 213, or by mail:

    The Registrar will apply the appropriate fees to your account and begin the formal degree audit process.

5. Pay your fee(s).

6. The Registrar's office will inform you if there is a problem with your application. Check your Sul Ross e-mail!
