The Honorable Judge Baldemar Garza, 1983 graduate of Sul Ross State University, will deliver the keynote address for the spring commencement ceremonies. The Alpine ceremony will be held on Friday, May 10, at 5:30 p.m. at the Pete P. Gallego Center. The Eagle Pass ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 11, at 2:30 p.m. at the International Center for Trade.
