The second lecturer in the fall speaker series at Sul Ross State University Rio Grande College, Gareth Powell, shares his writing expertise with the RGC community on Tues., Sep. 27 from 6 to 7 p.m. and the public is also invited to the online event.

Powell is an award-winning British science fiction and horror author who has written and published nine novels, two short story collections, three novellas, and a nonfiction writing guide. He is best known for penning the Embers of War and Ack-Ack Macaque trilogies.
