Who should I contact?
If you have forgotten your password or your password has expired,
and login using your Banner A number and Pin to reset it.
If it’s time to change your password before it expires (every 180 days),
and login using your Lobo ID and current password.
To see how long you have before your current password expires,
go to your mySRSU area
and login using your Lobo ID and password.

Important Info on your student A# and PIN:
Always capitalize the “A” when you are typing in your A# (to log into Lobo Online for instance). The first time you use your PIN, it will be your date of birth: MMDDYY. If your PIN needs to be reset, you’ll need to contact our Lobo Technology Assistance Center (LTAC). Our LTAC (OIT Helpdesk) contact info is on the banner directly above.
