The Meat Market offers a variety of beef, pork, lamb and goat products, as well as a number of smoked and fully cooked items.
We are located at Paso Del Norte Road Alpine, Texas 79830. You will turn in to the Range Animal Science Center off Hwy. 90 and we are located on the east side of the RAS building. You may use this video for directions:

We are not taking any appointments for custom slaughter at this time. Also note that our commitment to our community does not allow us to undercut prices on any businesses that offer services in our area. This includes product prices. Thank you for your understanding.

Sul Ross Meat Lab & Market provides a hands-on state inspected space for students to learn meat processing, best practices for food safety, and butcher retail; supports faculty research; and creates a wholesome food for our local community and the Big Bend region of Texas.
