Sul Ross State University encourages students to take part in campus life by participating in student organizations. They provide a balance to classroom instruction by allowing students to develop interpersonal, organizational, time management, and many other skills.
Current Sul Ross State University Students that are interested in starting a new student organization or club should meet with the Campus Activities Coordinator to discuss the process before submitting forms. Existing Student Organization's Annual Registration
Student Organizations are required to register every school year to be an official Sul Ross State University organization and remain eligible for benefits outlined in the Student Organization Handbook.
For a student organization to be considered registered, they must submit registration forms by September 15th of each year.
Completed forms with all necessary signatures should be returned to the Campus Activities office UC room 108.
Note: Handwritten and/or incomplete forms will not be accepted!
Each year we have Fall on the Mall, Homecoming, Fall Carnival, and Spring Carnival (application at bottom of this page), where student clubs can participate and get involved with Campus life.
