Our Academics Resources
Sul Ross State University offers students with many resources to help with their academic programs and also grow as a person with many extra curricular activities. Below is a list of departments which can be contacted for more help/growth.
Library
The Bryan Wildenthal Memorial Library serves the students, faculty, staff, and communities of Sul Ross State University in the Trans-Pecos and Big Bend Regions. While the physical building and staff are based in Alpine, Texas, the Sul Ross Library also serves SRSU campuses in Del Rio, Eagle Pass, and Uvalde, Texas.
Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP)
The QEP-level SLO will be infused into selected junior and senior-level courses in all SRSU’s undergraduate colleges (Education and Professional Studies)
Academic Support
The Academic Center for Excellence (ACE) offers numerous academic support programs. The Center’s committed faculty members teach developmental education courses in reading, writing and mathematics.
Graduate Student Center
This mission of the Graduate Student Center at Sul Ross State University is to increase access to post-baccalaureate programs and to faster graduate student success by developing and providing pro-active support services in a centralized location.
