
Sul Ross State University International hosted the College, Career & Wellness Fair 2025 on Feb. 5 welcoming students from the Comstock ISD, Eagle Pass High School and C.C. Winn High School Dual Credit Programs. The event provided high school seniors with invaluable career insights, networking opportunities and resources to help them navigate their academic and professional futures.
One of the event’s highlights was a dynamic presentation by Nels Ross and Richie Derwald, the renowned motivational entertainers known as The UP Guys. With a track record of inspiring over one million people at corporate, educational and motivational events, they delivered a powerful message on the importance of strong core values, resilience and maintaining a positive mindset to achieve success.
Sul Ross State University International remains committed to supporting student success. The College Career & Wellness Fair 2025 provided an essential platform for students to engage with various organizations, industry leaders, local businesses and professionals. Attendees had the opportunity to explore career paths, discuss job opportunities, and gain valuable insights into their future careers.
