Homeland Security

The Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security prepares students for careers in public service with a focus on national safety and emergency response. The curriculum covers key areas such as terrorism, disaster preparedness, crisis management, and government operations. Graduates are well-equipped for roles in law enforcement, emergency services, and security agencies at the federal, state, and local levels. The Master of Science in Homeland Security is a 36-credit, non-thesis program designed for current and aspiring professionals in the field. It supports career advancement for those in criminal justice, emergency management, or government service, and also serves students pursuing academic or research careers. The program provides a comprehensive foundation in homeland security topics, including crisis and risk management, terrorism, weapons of mass destruction, and immigration policy.
