9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Recruiter sign-in, table set up, breakfast, and refreshments

10:00 AM: Event begins, sign-in for students, Alumni, and community

11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Music performances by students from the Music Program of the Department of Fine Arts and Communication at Sul Ross State University

Noon: Lunch

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Door prize announcements for students, recruiters, and the community

2:00 PM: Closing announcement, event ends
