The Sul Ross State University Music Program proudly presents the choral ensembles in concert on Thursday, March 7 at 7:30 p.m. at First United Methodist Church (208 E Sul Ross Ave, Alpine, TX 79830). Admission is free.
“Morning Has Broken” features three choral ensembles at Sul Ross State University: Concert Choir (mixed voices), Treble Choir, and Musical Theatre Chorus. The program includes works by Richard Rodgers, Cary Ratcliff, Joseph Haydn, and Galt MacDermont (composer of Hair). The concert will include a number of vocal soloist and student conductor, Omar Guerrero. We are sure you are going to enjoy this concert with its variety of colors, sensitive musicianship, and expressive language sung by these talented singers.
