The Sul Ross Baby Boomers group was established in December of 2005, originally through an alumni effort to reunite Phi Mu Sorority sisters. The Boomers now include alumni attending Sul Ross between 1965 and 1975 and has a membership of more than 650 individual alumni and family members.
The group has held three large reunions in San Antonio (2006, 2007, and 2010), and Boomers also reunite at the annual Homecoming celebration in Alpine. An E-Newsletter, coordinated by alumnus Corra Ward, is sent to members each week.
