Faculty members from all four Sul Ross State University campuses will be reaching out to over 600 students.

Opportunity Calls is a faculty outreach initiative for returning SRSU students.

“Enrollment Management and Institutional Effectiveness are partnering with thirty-four faculty from all campuses to call our SRSU students and invite them to register for fall semester,” said Dr. Jeanne Qvarnstrom, Assistant Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness.

Calling days are scheduled for Alpine and Del Rio July 22 and 23.

Qvarnstrom said there are currently 629 sophomore, junior and senior students who are scheduled to receive a call from a faculty member.

“We want to let the students know that we are eager to see them back on campus when the fall semester begins on August 24,” she said.
