OJINAGA, Mex.- Sul Ross State University administration joined leaders from the Colegio de Bachilleres del Estado de Chihuahua (COBACH) for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) during a ceremony on February 27 in Ojinaga.
The purpose of the MOU is to create a College Admission Partnership through an accelerated admission pathway for international COBACH college preparatory students.
The accelerated admission pathway streamlines the admission process to Sul Ross for international COBACH students, reducing overall student associated costs and waiving specific admission requirements, depending on student qualifications.
Representing Sul Ross State University at last week’s signing were Leo Dominguez, Vice President of Student and University Services and Dr. Lisa Harris, Vice President of Enrollment Management.
“COBACH is an excellent educational organization,” Dominguez said. “We are extremely excited to have them partner with Sul Ross so we can help their students accomplish their higher education aspirations.”
Sul Ross is scheduled to host a COBACH Sully Showcase on Friday, March 20.
COBACH students will have the opportunity to visit Sul Ross faculty and staff and learn more about the admission and enrollment process.
