The Bachelor of Fine Arts capstone exhibition, New World, will be on display March 4-15 in the Francois Gallery on the Alpine campus of Sul Ross State University. The virtual and physical exhibit is showcasing Jesus H. Guerrero’s digital concept art and 3D models.
“I fell in love with the process of making 3D graphics years ago when I took my first animation class,” states Guerrero. “For this project, I wanted to create an entire environment from scratch.”
An evening reception with the artist will be held on March 4 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Located in the Francois Fine Arts Building, the Francois Gallery is open Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information on the New World exhibit, contact Guerrero at jhg14fp@sulross.edu.
