Join the Museum of the Big Bend on the campus of Sul Ross State Univ. in Alpine in welcoming Burton Pritzker of Austin at the opening reception for his photography exhibit entitled Everything is Also Something Else plus help kick off the Photo Weekend presentations.
The opening reception is scheduled for Friday, June 14 from 5-7:00 p.m. Pritzker’s photography strips away unnecessary elements that distract from the essence of an experience. Seminal works from his Texas Rangeland and Forgotten Planes series as well as his current photography will be on display through September 2, 2019. Everyone is invited to attend and learn from some of the leading photographers working in the Big Bend. All events are free and those interested are asked to simply attend-no reservation required!
