Over-assigned students will be informed when an available room becomes available in either Fletcher or Lobo Village. They will then have 24 hours to relocate to a permanent assignment. Over-assigned students will not be able to choose their building or room assignments. Students, once notified by e-mail, are no longer eligible to receive compensation. Compensation weeks run Monday to Monday at 5pm.
First Day of Class
All students not notified by e-mail of re-assignment and still living a in a triple room in Lobo Village 1 & 2 by 5pm on the first day of class in the “A” unit will receive a $50 credit to their account. Students living the “B” or “C” unit will receive a $100 credit to their accounts.
After the first week of school
Students living in triple rooms after the 1st week of the semester in the “A” unit will receive a $25 discount applied to their accounts. Students living the “B” or “C” unit will receive a $50 credit to their accounts.
After 2 – 8 weeks in over assignment
All students still in triples after 2 weeks until the end of the 8th week of the semester will receive a $25 discount applied to their accounts each week.
Week 9 until the end of the semester in over assignment
Students that are still tripled in the “A” unit after 9 weeks until the end of the semester will receive a $10 discount applied to their accounts per week. Students that are in the “B” and “C” unit of a triple room will receive a $25 discount applied to their accounts each week.

Refund Plan:
Refunds will be applied to student’s accounts in the following manner, but are subject to change.
1st Day and Week will be applied by the end of the 2nd week of semester.
2nd – 8th Weeks will be applied by the end of the 9th week of the semester.
9th – 12th Weeks will be applied by the end of the 13th week of the semester.
13th – 16th Weeks will be applied by the start of winter break.
