Sul Ross State University will offer a complimentary dinner to furloughed federal government employees and their families on Tuesday, Jan. 29 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.  The meal is co-sponsored by ARAMARK and will be served through the cafeteria buffet line in the Morgan University Center Dining Hall located on SRSU’s Alpine campus.

“We know that this partial shutdown is a very difficult time for many people, and we want to show our appreciation for our community’s federal government employees and their families,” said Sul Ross President Dr. Bill Kibler.  “Please be our guest and enjoy this meal as a small thank you for serving our community and our nation.”

All federal employees with valid federal ID, and their families, are invited.
