Presidential Plus is a need-based full ride scholarship including tuition, fees, housing and meals that provides support to high performing high school seniors from West Texas school districts. Recipients are nominated by the district’s superintendent or high school principal. It is funded in large part by the Permian Basin Area Foundation.
