Password Creation Process for Email and Blackboard
Students: When you are admitted to SRSU, the process of creating a new account or re-activating an old account begins and takes up to 24 hours to complete.
Faculty, Staff: Once you have completed the new employee orientation process, including the paperwork and right to work verification forms, please allow 24 hours for a new account to be created.
With our password reset system (LoboPass), you can login to reset your password and retrieve your Banner PIN.
LoboOnline (Self-Service Banner)
LoboOnline (Self-Service Banner) provides students, faculty, and staff access to personal information, student records, financial aid information, pay information, and tax forms.
Students: Students receive their Banner A# and temporary PIN from the admissions office. The initial PIN must be updated when you first log in to LoboOnLine and may be updated at any time thereafter in LoboOnLine.
